Personal Bio:
On September 11, 2013, Jeevali entered into Recovery herself, after many years of struggling in and out. Her life, once joyful, had instead become one filled with pain from the abuse of mind altering substances. Jeevali wanted to transform the pain she was suffering into joy somehow, and she was finally ready to surrender and do whatever was needed to find peace and happiness within her soul. Her healing journey began immediately upon entering a 12 Step Program of Recovery. Immediately, Jeevali became aware of a calling to help others suffering from addiction. She was not sure at first how she would best be able to help others to recover. Soon after starting her recovery program, she became cognizant that she had altered her brain receptors with her previous abuse of “mind altering” substances. She realized that her brain did not not work the way it used to, as she was no longer able to focus, concentrate, sit still. Her mood, normally upbeat, was predominantly sad now, and she found herself often impatient with racing thoughts. With diligent application of 12 step spiritual principles in her life, along with a personal practice of prayer, meditation, breathwork, chanting, and free flow dance, she was able to repair her brain receptors. Jeevali no longer suffers from these issues. She feels positive, calm, and content now, with an ability to focus, and manifest an inner peace. New intuitive abilities and artistic talents have blossomed that she was not aware of before. Using newly developed intuition, experience, and knowledge, Jeevali presently dedicates her life to helping other recovering addicts. She specifically enjoys speaking to as well instructing other recovering addicts to help “quiet their minds” through teaching of specific techniques that have personally helped her to find her innate serenity.
About her work:

Some of the different forms/specialties of Yoga I utilize include the following: Pranayama Breathwork, Hatha Yoga, Guided Meditation, Chakra cleansing and balancing, Chanting, verbal self-expression, soul gazing, Tantra Yoga, and a unique form of free flow dance movement that is very cathartic. Classes are easy to follow for all levels. It’s a very good class for the beginner as I instruct clearly and slowly and do not offer complicated poses or asanas. For the more experienced yoga student, the level of intensity is self-adjustable. The more effort you put into your session, the more you will get out of it. You will find that you are easily able to custom adjust your “Yoga Experience” to be a perfect level of comfort to by additionally adjusting your level of intensity. It will be a work-out not just for the body, but incredibly uplifting for the mind, body, soul and spirit as well. I offer Spiritual Ministry Work, faith based sermons and meditations, as well as faith based individual sessions. My specialty is working with recovering addicts who are struggling, and I offer grievance counseling for those who have lost someone to the disease of addiction. I also offer individual intuitive healing sessions to select individuals I am called to help. I have two locations, one is a private office in Fort Lauderdale, the other is at a yoga studio in Dania Beach.
